Everything we handle

Book a complete journey and all of this is inside the fare. Book a single service — a permit, a Lukla seat, a heritage guide for an afternoon — and we will quote that on its own.

01Trekking permits & TIMSACAP, Sagarmatha, Langtang, Manaslu, Makalu Barun and Rara permits, TIMS cards and restricted-area paperwork for Upper Mustang, Manaslu, Tsum and Nar Phu — filed from our Lazimpat office before you land.

02Domestic flights & ticketingLukla, Jomsom, Pokhara, Bharatpur, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Simikot and Talcha seats, plus international ticketing out of Kathmandu. We hold Ramechhap transfers in peak Lukla season.

03Cultural & heritage toursGuides licensed by the Department of Archaeology for the seven monument zones of the Kathmandu Valley, plus Lumbini, Kapilvastu, Janakpur and the Mithila towns.

04Jungle safari & national parksChitwan and Bardiya jeep safaris, dugout canoe trips, birding with licensed naturalists and Tharu cultural evenings, with park entry arranged. We do not book elephant riding anywhere in Nepal.

05Rafting & adventureTrishuli, Seti, Bhote Koshi and Karnali rafting and kayak clinics, Pokhara paragliding and ultralight, canyoning, and the bungee at the Bhote Koshi gorge.

06Homestay & teahouse packagesGurung, Tharu, Tamang and Newari homestays and full teahouse boards on every route we run, booked directly with the families rather than through a middleman.

07Expedition supportIsland Peak, Mera Peak, Lobuche East and Chulu climbing permits, liaison officers, high-altitude staff, oxygen, base-camp catering and full expedition logistics.

How a booking runs

From the first call to the farewell dinner

Enquiry and quotation

You tell us the dates, the party and roughly what you want. We come back with a written quotation itemising every service, in Nepalese Rupees, usually the same working day.

Booking and deposit

A signed booking form and a 20% deposit confirm the trip. From that point the departure is held and we start filing paperwork in your name.

Permits and flights

We file the permits and TIMS cards, book the domestic seats and hold the teahouses. You send a passport scan, two photographs and your insurance details.

Arrival and briefing

Met at Tribhuvan International and driven to the hotel. Your guide runs the kit check and the trip briefing that evening, and the balance is settled then.

On the trail

Your guide carries a first-aid kit and, on high routes, a pulse oximeter. The office is reachable from every lodge with a signal, and we hold your rescue insurance details for the duration.

Back in Kathmandu

A spare day is built into every flight-dependent itinerary, a farewell dinner in Thamel, and an airport transfer three hours before your flight.
